Asset Optimization

Asset Optimization has been developed by Van Houts Consulting to provide a cost effective mechanism for manufacturing plants to collect downtime and efficiency data within various areas of their operation. This information can be analyzed by area, shift and team as well as which equipment in the plant had the downtime and the associated reasons for this.

Asset Optimization has two modules. One is for tracking downtime and the other is for tracking efficiency. Either module can be purchased independent of the other.
